address bar shield to show for intermediate status (tracker off, ads on or v/v)

Hi guys,

now Opera implements trackers blocking too
In my opinion should be better to use a different color or pattern to show the status when you have ads blocked and trackers allowed (or viceversa)

at the moment I see a blue shield even in this situation, but I'd prefer something different to show this more easily, maybe something 50% blue and 50% red

I'm using Opera 66.0.3489.0 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
