After reinstall of Windows 10 opera eats so much CPU and GPU.

Hi I recently reinstalled my OS and after installing opera I discovered that it eats so much CPU and GPU while playing youtube videos or twitch streams but even normal browsing eats around 25% - 40% and this same behavior is on Edge but not on Chrome so could someone help me with this? I love Opera but with this bug it is unusable. My CPU is i5 7400 and GPU GTX 1060 3GB.!
