How to configure the font for bookmarks bar?

I recently moved from Mac OS to Windows, and the default font used for Bookmark bar on Windows is driving me nuts!
I tried changing the fonts via Opera settings, but it seems have no effect on the text font used by the bookmark bar.
Is there a way to configure the font used to show the text in bookmark bar? At-least can it be consistent across the platform?
