Is it bug that "add to home (starred)" dialog show URL?

I think that past Opera Touch's dialog "add to home (starred)" showed page title in text box. But now, URL showed. Is this normal situation? Or Bug??

If this was normal situation, I hope to change page title. Because it is often things in Japanese websites that URL is totally different from Page title. So I think it is difficult to manage only by URL.

Incidentally I use Opera Touch 20.3 on iOS 13.1.3 of iPhone 8.
