[Solved]Opera opens most always on half screen - why?

Opera should remember what size it was and whether it was maximized or not when it was closed.
Do a test first. Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser" and install. Test in that Opera but do not install any extensions and do not enable Opera Sync.
Does it at least work fine in that Opera?

I installed the newest Opera (64.0.3417.61) and problem disappeared for now. If wont help I'll make test. Thank You
