[Solved]Opera stalls a lot

I'm using Opera Version:64.0.3417.47. I updated from the previous version today. I have noticed when clicking a site from Speed Dial, Favorites, or manually typing in the address bar the site will not load. When I try another site the same thing happens. So far this issue has happened about 4 times today. The workaround is to close Opera and restart. This isn't confined to 1 site and seems to happen randomly. It even happened in incognito mode.

I think the culprit for this issue was running Adblock Plus and Opera's AdBlocker at the same time. I disabled ABP and so far so good.
