Opera freezing on webpage loading

A quite broad explanation of the issue i'm having for the hope anyone has experienced the same. Recently after starting opera I have encountered a continuous issue with loading web pages. The page will load about 50% and the browser locks up, unable to access any settings etc. To "resolve" the issues I must force quit opera through task manager. I have disabled all addons, plugins and have also attempted to reinstall opera and reset local user data with no success. Any help would be great, thanks.

Hm, bad proxy or peering so the connection has a 'hold on' status.

I'll test this on a second network and see if it makes a difference, thanks.
