open the following folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Download Manager
Look for IDMGCExt59.crx or IDMGCExt file.
Click on the IDMGCExt.crx file. Then, drag and drop it on to Opera's extensions page.
Click on Install button to add the missing IDM Integration Module extension into Opera browser.
Now, you can enjoy high speed download offered by Internet Download Manager since you have successfully installed IDM integration Module Opera.

=> I think you should pin it with this app as user manual, anyway people have to do this step to use idm
