It messes up everything. This addon was probably made for an older state of YouTube & hasn't been updated.

@honoriscreed Hello, the current version of the extension should work with the most recent version of Youtube. Could you give more details of your problem?

Hello @martinez02, I will not give you more details as I no longer use Opera & I do not care enough to install the browser & your extension again. Best of luck though.

@martinez02 Where are you even supposed to toggle comments now? All I see is an option to auto sort comments from new to old in the "miscellaneous" section. I think I may just use Magic Actions and call it good.

@angelussolus: I think you mistake my extension with another. To disable comments just pick 'Hide comments' in the extension pop-up on the address bar and it should hide it immediately or after page reload.

@pi2048: Hi, try the new version of the extension. It features this option and the one to hide the video metadata on YouTube page.

@martinez02: Hello, thank you for adding the feature but I don't know why it doesn't seem to work. I tried to close the window and reopen it after checking the checkboxes, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

@pi2048: Did you try to clear the browser cache or refresh the page with ctrl+f5? If it still not working, can you provide more details (OS, browser version, link to video)?

@martinez02: I tried doing that, but it still doesn't seem to work on any videos that I have tried it out on. My OS is Windows 10, the browser version is 82.0.4227.58.
