Problems reproducing youtube videos

Hi, I updated opera to 65.0.3454.0 and got problems with some youtube videos, I can't reproduce all the videos, I get this screen.

That link takes me to this page that says my browser is fine

Normally when some codec is wrong, appears in that web page.

I'm using Windows 10,
Opera Developer 65.0.3454.0, I have the same issue with Opera, I have the version 63.0.3368.94

What version of Windows? Is it an "N" or "Enterprise" edition? If Windows 10, goto start -> settings -> system -> about" and look under the version information section on the page. What doe sit say for the "Version:" field?

For extra checking, does the video at https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm play and what does it say for EME and MSE below it?

Goto the URL opera://settings/system, disable hardware acceleration, restart Opera and try again.
