Netflix & Amazon Prime Video not working

Opera Version:v65.0.3437.0
macOS: 10.14.6 (18G95)

Regular videos on sites like youtube work fine, but Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are both giving me errors. Opera stable works fine for me on these sites. I tried using the "recovery" feature to go back to a stock default state in Opera Developer and it is still giving me the same errors.

Error in Netflix:
"Whoops, something went wrong...
Streaming Error
This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title.
Error Code: O7121-1331"

Error in Prime Video:
"Video Unavailable
We're experiencing a problem playing this video. For assistance, please go to www.amazon.com/videohelp."

Is anyone else having this issue?
