Reddit not loading

starting this week, Reddit has been unable to completely load while in the data saving mode .Instead of loading into a subreddit or post it shows the Reddit logo over the whole page
I am on Android 6.0 with version 44.1 .

I'm also facing the same problem. Opera Mini can not able to load any sub-reddit page only in Extreme mode.
Automatic/High mode works fine.

I can confirm the issue when browsing in extreme data saving mode.

One can workaround it by replacing "www.reddit.com" with "old.reddit.com" in URL address but this problem needs a fix by Opera (f.e. through Opera Mini's browser.js implementation) or by Reddit (by redirecting Opera Mini extreme mode users to the "old" version of the website).
