Screen up down shaking

Hi,
The browser seems to shake (up-down move). For the reason I can"t read anything.
I also use chrome. There is not same shaking on chrome. Therefore it is not a mouse problem.
However, virus and malware scanning is also clean.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
(I am apple imac user with high sierra system)
