Some other things you can try:
Ctrl + 0 to reset zoom to 100%.
Goto the URL
opera://settings/system
and turn off hardware acceleration.Mess with
chrome://flags/#use-angle
andchrome://flags/#d3d11-video-decoder
.Disable all your extensions.
Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser" and install. Test in that Opera but do not enable Opera Sync and do not install any extensions. Try the same with Opera Developer.

@burnout426 In case if there is any error during installation process, I installed three version - stable, beta and developer as standalone installation.
Only developer version is properly showing the web page. checkout pic.stable version
Beta
developer version

There was recently a font-size change in Chromium. See https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/comments/cpg82x/all_of_a_sudden_my_google_search_font_looks/. It could be that. Opera stable is at Chromium 76 now, but not sure what build of Chromium the change was actually made at. Might not explain why it looks messed up in Opera Beta though.
You might just have to keep an eye on it to see if it fixes itself once Opera Stable reaches a higher version of Chromium.
