Paste as Quote and Go

There is this very useful "Paste and Go" introduced firstly by Opera and later borrowed or stole by others... Anyways, there is a very useful suggestion here:

I want (possibly) to have a "Paste as Quote and Go" for the search bar too. This option should put double quotation marks around the copied text and then paste the quoted "string" to the Google Search bar, so Google searches for the exact phrase (without me bothering to hold the shift key and type the quotation marks at the beginning and the end of the statement). I desperately need such an option.

I hope that is not too much.
