I am trying to download opera mini but does not download complete and showing error

I am using desktop with window 7 i am trying past 7 days but opera mini browser is not install successfully in my system. every time showing the error.

Opera Mini is not a desktop browser, and will not work on a desktop computer, it is meant to be downloaded via a mobile device (Phone, tablet etc) for use on a compatible mobile device.
You need to go to www.m.opera.com via your mobile device (phone, tablet etc) and you should be given a list of Opera Mini versions for you to download and install that are compatible with your device.
