Opera doesn't have internet in windows 10

Since Upgrading to windows 10 version 10 there is no internet in opera anymore, I have upgraded to version 1903 and there is no internet yet.
I have internet in EDGE and Firefox, but I do not have internet in operation nor in google chrome, I have done many things to try to have internet but none has given results, I like opera, I find it very practical but I can not have internet.
