YouTube is freezing

Hope someone can help me here. I can't watch any youtube videos. I think I had the same issue since I bought this laptop. Video starts, starts being glitchy, and then endless buffering.
I thought it was a hardwaree thing until I discovered something called "Microsoft Edge" (duh!
) and I realized that it's playing videos properly!
You can see in this snap that video is buffering, while the grey bar (loaded video) is expandin still. Play/pause button is frozen, and the only way to keep on is to hit refresh and imediately set whe video where i left it. Otherwise it can buffer all night.
This happens to all videos (short, long, music, even if I set it to 144p, with ad-block on or off).
I have the latest opera: 62.0.3331.116
and the latest Windows 10:
Any ideas???
