Stuttering when scrolling on YouTube and maybe other sites with video

Hello, i downloaded opera to test it. I went on YouTube, and on a video, and tried to scroll down (video was playing), and encounter some stuttering when scrolling with the video on the screen. If the video is paused, the scrolling is very smooth. I don't really know if there is the same issue with other pages (like Dailymotion or twitch) i think i saw a bit of stutter but it was very low or less noticeable.

I tried to delete opera and reinstall it, but didn't change anything, tried with and without ad blocker, without add-on.
i tried to disable the hardware acceleration, there was less stutter, but it still noticeable.

Opera is running on my Intel uhd 620
with an Intel core i7 8550u.

I tried to make it run on my mx150, and all went very smooth, with hardware acceleration enabled.

Is there a solution to this issue? thanks for your attention
