Easy Youtube Video Downloader For Opera

@alexdc The developer of this project states that (Goggle) Youtube intentionally changes the code to bring chaos to the Youtube download community. This is the case here.
I would not de-rate this extension for this reason. I give it a 5 star rating. The developer, to make things easier on his users and himself, should have stated this in this forum.

Unfortunately the developer seems to missing in action with no updates to hundreds of users awaiting an update. I will have to move on to another product.

Google, a shadow of the US government, is having products like this deemed illegal. That does not excuse the developer not communicating and giving the community the heads up on the status. He encourages all to give a review and high ratings on the Opera extension site however he states nothing when the product appears to be dead. If the developer does not know the status, then just state that. For many, we paid for this product while others donated.
I have several of these extensions and support their work. The ability to archive videos from "How To" to science - while offline is of great benefit. I do wish all of this gets sorted out so that the world community can benefit.

@bobcat22 I don't think we should make these reproaches, it's his interest to the developer, to be able to have more and more people on his application. it was his case. He left a note saying, that he was going to try to do something. Then another one, where he said he couldn't do anything... I notice that extensions that work well, conveniently get blocked pretty quickly. Google (as you say is disturbed by these applications) must certainly attack these applications, because they are good, and they allow to download videos with a good quality.

@celebspeople1 My argument is that the notice best be posted here not as an email to me when asked. This is a responsibility for the creator of a product and to the his great work, to do what is helpful to the community rather you are a paid subscriber or not. Staying silent on the "Easy Youtube Video Downloader For Opera" community board is unacceptable. Do you at least think he would be reading these post, then post something? MIA (Missing In Action)

@bobcat22: @celebspeople1: I have uploaded updated versions here but Opera is not moderating them, neither rejecting not accepting !!

@easyyoutube The point I've made is there is litterally no information on the status of this extension since the extension broke, nor is there any info on your site. There is also no update version on your site - quite unfortunatel.

@bobcat22: The website and Firefox both have changelog and update information. What can a developer do when Opera is not publishing the update for whatever reason they have !!!

Just want to say Thanks!! This downloader was the only way we could watch youtube videos on our TV. Really helped get through the whole pandemic thing. It worked great for a long time. Really appreciate you creating and sharing this.

@easyyoutube: That's a pity. True, on your Web site, you say: Current version : 16.11 (Updated - 24-MAY-2021)
But the fact is the version available for download on Opera is dated back September 2020.
I suggest you write on your site that there is an issue with Opera, otherwise people clicking on the download button on your site will think they get the latest version, while it's not the case.

Hello,
The extension is "grey" on Youtube.
I don't see the green button under the videos.
The options are well set.
Someone can help ?
