I don't have menus!

I looked in the help section. Where and how do I activate menus? For example, I want a print menu. I want a file menu. Where is it?
Yes, I went to settings and there's nothing about menus. -

The 'Menu tool bar' does not exist any more in the new (Blink) version of Opera. The menu is now located under the large Opera logo button in the top left hand corner of the main browser window.
