[Solved]Problem with view pages

Hello. I have a problem with the display of captcha, on the same computer in another browser everything is ok.
It began with version 64.0.3380.0. at 64.0.3388.0, the problem remained. Also, some sites like web.telegram.org are periodically not downloaded, a white page is displayed.
The same problem was observed in chrome when profile synchronization was turned on. Now Opera has received this bug.

I have solved problem.
If Opera Blocker "Disable", reCapcha works fine
