Random freezes

Few days ago I built a new rig running ryzen 5 3600 and radeon 5700xt windows 10 pro, and there are a few issues with amd drivers but Im wondering if this can be connected to random browser freezes I experience, it can run fine most of the day, then suddenly when I change a tab or change youtube video quality if freezes, after few secs. goes black and then back to normal any suggestions? Im running 62.0.3331.68 version.

@fubister Any news? I have this same problem on my Opera and 5700 XT
Windows/Drivers/BIOS/Opera are up to date.
