Since today, 2rd October, Ghostery stopped working for YouTube videos as they simply refuses to even load now with Ghostery enabled. I had also uBlock Origin, and when I tried with only it enabled and Ghostery Disabled, YouTube went working for me, for now.
So, Ghostery doesn't work anymore for YouTube, unfortunately.

Hi @Vlad1Dimov - thank you for reporting this Youtube issue. Indeed, on October 2nd Ghostery extension on all platforms introduced YouTube breakage. The problem is now resolved and ad-blocking should work as expected.
