Interrupted: Network error

When I try to download something on Opera, I keep getting the "Interrupted: Network error".
I've seen this on the forums but I don't use a VPN, so I'm confused about why is this happening. Does anyone know why?

Try to set the following in the opera settings:

• WebRTC >> Use default public network interfaces only

• VPN >> (disabled)

• System >> Use hardware acceleration when available >> (disabled)

Then reload the browser.
