Exactly what I was looking for. For now, I'll give 4 stars, but I'll come back later to re-review this. I might change the review to 5 or 1 depending on whether it works as intended. I will also give a donation based on how satisfactory the extension is.

Ah, seems like I don't need this app anyways. In my instance it is more convenient to just add contenteditable in the body for myself. However, I see that it makes content editable in some pages and others not. More specifically, my homemade html page doesn't become editable, but wikipedia and youtube pages does.
