The best extension for the amount of RAM consumed and the quality of blocking.
Only a request to the developers to update it here as well as in the chrome store.

built-in Opera ad blocker is alright, it gets quite a few. this blocks absolutely everything. it even blocks some ad blocker detection. nothing beats it.
