@phama Look at the top left of your display, there is a crossed out mini speaker. When you start a video, it says the sound is off and asks if you want to play it. If you can, install Tubemate. With this program, you can watch and download movies and music videos, but it depends on how new your phone is, whether your phone will support this program.
