Profile and Settings Backup/Transfer to Another PC or Same PC

Hello, I have tried the following steps which according to other sources should work, but as of the latest version Version:62.0.3331.xx this is no longer possible.

Windows 10 x64 OS.

Fresh Re-install / Profile and Settings Recovery :

Copy this Folder :

C:\Users[User]\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable

To a Backup location on another drive.
Re-install Opera. Don't launch it.
Copy backed up Profile folder back to User data location
Launch Opera. Result : Opera adds default bookmarks to Speed Dial. Extentions Folder in Roaming profile is empty! Opera deletes Extentions, but does not offer a way to Sync them to your account.

You have to start all over again with all the Extentions and setings.

In addition to this problem, when you Sign in to Opera Synchnronization, It has also not only added its Default bookmarks, but duplicated them!

Tried from Backup on Same PC and Tried from Backup to a new PC.
This test was performed 3 times for both, total of 6 times. In the past this procedure was possible in order to retain all settings and extentions, but it is not working even after Uninstalling and Re-installing Fresh.

AppData/Roaming gets over written by the new Install every time. Is anyone willing to run these tests and figure out a solution?

What can one do if they want to transfer Opera to a laptop and use it on the go?
