Speed Dial boxes moved to the bottom

I use the newest version of Opera Browser on Windows 8.1. Lately I have been having problem with Speed Dial. All shortcut boxes are moved to the bottom of the site so that I can't see some of them when I open a new Speed Dial tab. It looks as if there is a free space in the place where search box is pinned when it's not hidden (I've hidden it). What can I do to centralize shortcut boxes or to move them to the top of the site?
