HP 510 all in one screen scroll issues

For kicks I bought an HP 510 all in one computer. Nice big screen 500 gig SATA and 4 gig of ram. I find that Opera has a screen issues with it.

Lets say I am on facebook or any other site and use my finger to scroll. Eventually instead of scrolling that goes rolling by I get a one window scroll. It is like moving a page at a time.

This does not happen with firefox or chrome. So I consider it to be an Opera problem.

Any ideas? I use Opera on my other windows computers and Linux.
