mp4 video crash

The website that I go to often shows Gif by converting it into mp4.
When I see mp4, the opera stops and the use of cpu rises to 25%.
I'm currently using the latest version of Windows 7 and Opera USB portable.example)

Seems fine on Win 10 with Opera 62.0.3331.18 64-bit at least.
Does Opera actually crash or does Opera just freeze where you can't do anything and have to kill it? Or, does the video on the page just freeze?
If you goto the URL
opera://settings/system
, disable hardware acceleration, restart Opera and try again. Any difference then? -

The current website's mp4 is changed to gif, so no crash occurs as it is shown.
It is difficult to reenact the situation.
Hardware acceleration is always turned off and used.
Opera browser is completely freezing.
I have to kill the processor and restart it.
