Opera says it's currently up-to-date when it's not

I'm on Windows 10, run UCheck frequently and Opera is always listed as needing an update. I download and install the current version (at least I thought I was), but when I check Opera's version, it continuously says it's current with this version: 60.0.3255.165. UCheck lists .170 as the current update.
Any suggestions as to why Opera will not update?
