Language problem

Hi,

My computer systems and device are running on french. So in system preferences, my primary language is indeed French. Now, on opera, I would like the language to be English but unfortunately, every time I select the English language it stays on french. Example, it is written "Accès Rapide" in French but not in English even though the web pages all appear in English.
