Empty space above Speed Dial Icons

So, today all my speed dial icons go down below empty space where search bar should be. Why is that? How to change it like it was before?

Same for me, last update broke speed dial.

Same here, is anyone working on this yet ? Bloody annoying, having to scroll the start page to get to some of my speed dials.
