How do I backup my SETTINGS in Opera for Android (on Samsung Note 9)?

I can backup my speed dials and bookmarks from opera-sync itself, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to backup my Opera Settings themselves. I've checked in Google Sync, Samsung Cloud...But I can't seem to get my opera settings to sync. It takes a long time to get Opera just the way I want it (as with any other browser), especially on Android. In the event of a Reset or new phone, I don't want to have to go through all that again. I've been searching even for a way of just copying the entire folder, but in android/data/data there is literally next to nothing under Opera's folder. Please help me out. I thought at first it might sync with Google somehow because they both use Chromium, but the settings specifically are compltely different and I doubt they'd be in the same place. Also, in Cloud and Accounts > Accounts, Opera does show "Sync off for all items", although I don't know if that's relevant anyway. Thank you in advance.
