How to avoid - Select a Certificate Pop Up for Corporate Websites where SSO enabled ?

In Corporate websites, We get a pop up as Select a Certificate for Corporate Websites..
This is not the case for Chrome / FireFox / Edge / IE..
In this case, we have only one certificate.. But Still we get this pop up..

Opera is very fast then other browsers.. But when it comes to corporate websites, this pop up stops us..
could you please help?
