Video won't play

I am running Windows 10 Home, Version 1803, Opera Version:60.0.3255.170
When I click on a video link, a black screen appears which looks like a video player, however, there is nothing there, and I cannot click the play button. I disabled Opera's hardware acceleration, but that did nothing. I have read related posts in this forum, but they are just too advanced for me to understand. I really need to see these videos, as they are important to training I am taking.
The videos are on the https://www.essential-photoshop-elements.com/ site, and appear under "Beginners".

They're mov files. They're not supported by Opera or Chrome. You need to download them and play them with a local player. Chrome just downloads them but Opera tries to play them instead. Just right-click on the links and choose "save linked content as" to download them and then open them in a player that supports them.
