Flash Player Not Enabling

I have Opera for Ubuntu and whenever I try going to a site that uses Flash Player, the Flash window is grayed out and it says "right-click to enable Flash." I right click and press the "run this plug-in" button but nothing happens. I am running Opera 60.0.3255.170 on Ubuntu 19.04.

OK, I'm using the snap 60.0.3255.170 version on Ubuntu Core 16 (x86_64; Unity) 16.04 LTS.
Flash won't play. How is this fixed? Explain it to me like I was a two year old.

@daveski17
Snap apps operate in a sandboxed enviroment, thus they do not have access to the system's libraries (and other stuff). Imagine a kid playing inside a protected space and no way to get out of it.
That is why the snap app (opera) can not find a library installed on the system (flash). If you want flash, remove the snap version of opera and install the deb one, there is no other way.@jbhughes54enwiler
Please read what I have said here, in b, c and d

@jimunderscorep Except I'm using the Opera direct from Opera.com, the DEB package format, and I'm also not able to use Flash.

IIRC Opera always had flash problems. My solution is to watch flash in Firefox.
