I right click and press the "run this plug-in" button but nothing happens.  I am running Opera 60.0.3255.170 on Ubuntu 19.04.</p>

Snap apps operate in a sandboxed enviroment, thus they do not have access to the system's libraries (and other stuff). Imagine a kid playing inside a protected space and no way to get out of it.<br />
That is why the snap app (opera) can not find a library installed on the system (flash). If you want flash, remove the snap version of opera and install the deb one, there is no other way.</p>
