Opera suddenly stops responding

Previously I reported an issue regarding to opera, it suddenly stops responding. I had to stop using opera for 6 months and today I got the reason, it turned out that Korean (where i currently stay) security softs designed for E-banking introduce (mandatory to install) softs that cause problem,
p.s. I wish korean soft will die one day((( the most horrible IT ever built, can one image that for (for example) web page for postal parcel tracking forces to install ~10 Mb soft(((
