DevonThink-Extension: Not able to allow execution

Hi,
i want to use the DevonThink-Plugin (its an official Chrome-Extension). But every time starting it, a dialogue box is popping up for just a second:
„Open x-devonthink urls always with: Links“ (roughly translated) and two choices/buttons: Allow and disallow.
Problem: I can't click on the corresponding checkbox and allow, because the dialogue box is closing to fast again. Yes, this problem was discussed in 2017, but there is still no solution: https://forums.opera.com/topic/23785/dialog-box-disappears-before-i-can-tick-relevant-boxes
I was'nt able to find any configuration files or something similar in the different /library locations. Is there any other way to allow Opera opening DevonThink?Thank you

So DevonThink is something like a scratchpad which can hold pictures as well as text? First you call it a plugin, then you call it an extension. Which is it? The information I got when I looked it up seemed to indicate that it is a separate application. Maybe you should try the separate application?

I want to apologize for the unclear nomenclatures – it is a plugin that passes the url (or text snippets if you like) to the external application DevonTHINK. Even if DevonTHINK is running, there is no content »arriving«, because opera just lack the necessary permission.
The bug was already reported by others some time ago, but my hope was to get help now, since opera and the plugin have left some versions behind.
