How do I disable extension requests?

Some sites nag with installation requests for their opera extensions, see this screenshot from visiting amazon.
I couldn't find an option to disallow extension proposals. (I do NOT want to generally disable extensions.) Any idea?

Welcome to the fact that Opera is paid for by Amazon. They are so deep in bed with them, it is ridiculous. This is why it comes pre-added as a favorite and the second you browse Amazon, you get 5 "continue shopping on Amazon" Bold , Bright , Shiny , new "Favorites" Front and center (and above your favorites) on the home screen.
I get that the money helps with dev, but for Christs sake, let us at least disable it, for those in the know....
