Was the currency conversion feature removed?

As title, was browsing Philippines eBay and double clicked/highlighted a price, expecting to get my local conversion, but nothing.
Checked the settings and the feature appears to be missing. Not a feature I used particularly regularly but one I certainly have used quite a few times and was nice having in the browser.
