Tabs order when opening multiple tabs in Windows

Recently the behaviour of opening multiple tabs (in the same folder) from speed dial has changed.
Explanation
Already open tabs tabs = a b c
New tabs = 1 2 3Order after 'Open all in new tabs' selected on speed dial folder:
The way it used to work

I have groups of sites in folders, e.g. weather, news sites, shopping sites etc. I often open several groups/folders at once and flick through them. Having the tabs remain grouped would be excellent. The current behaviour where groups are mixed up is frustrating.
