Explanation
Already open tabs tabs = a b c
New tabs = 1 2 3

Order after 'Open all in new tabs' selected on speed dial folder:
The way it used to work
a b c 1 2 3

The way it works now
1 a b c 2 3

What would be good (the way it used to be)
a b c 1 2 3

A perfectly viable alternative
1 2 3 a b c

Why
I have groups of sites in folders, e.g. weather, news sites, shopping sites etc. I often open several groups/folders at once and flick through them. Having the tabs remain grouped would be excellent. The current behaviour where groups are mixed up is frustrating.
