Sound Issue Since Version 60

Hello!
So my Browser updated 2 days ago to Version 60 But since then i got some realy strange issues with my Audio Each time i start the Browser and watch a video on YT everything is fine And he seems to use my Soundcard output but when i click on another video the sound suddenly changes and Sounds Flat like he isn't even using my Equalizer did anyone else had simmilar issues like this ?
p.s I made sure all other sound output devices are disabled
