Problems with the Download Manager and Download Page

After the latest updates, every time I download something it stays in 100% downloaded in the top right window and it never finishes the download. The Downloads Page most of the times stays blank without anything to show. Sometimes it shows my latest downloads (if they ever finish downloading).
I've just formated my laptop and the problem still happens, so I guess the problem isn't from my laptop.
