Upon Latest Update, ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR Kept showing up

Hi,
Upon Latest Update, ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR Kept showing up. Twitter, Google Drive, Gmail could not function properly. Some website could not be connected and the error: ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR kept recurring.
I have tried clear the cached files and reset the OPERA browser, but not work. Also tried following the solution found online, and perform Flush Sockets etc. Not working either. Anyone could help?
