nothing happens when I click on notifications

I receive notifications from sites to the Windows 10 Notification Center, but nothing happens when I click on them?
when you click on system notifications from the windows 10 - everything works

In Opera, can you goto https://www.bennish.net/web-notifications.html, click "authorize", click "allow", click "show", and when the notification pops up, click it? Then, check the log window to see if it shows "clicked".

If that all works fine, what specific site should be enable notifications for and test with?

the notification comes, but when I click on it - nothing happens (does not go to the site)
it's only in opera

if we accept a message from the client Mail - when I click on it - goes to client Mail

I tried with desktop notifications on Windows 10 Pro with both Opera Stable and Opera Developer. I couldn't get them to display any notifications at all, so I can't confirm or deny your problem at the moment. Hopefully someone else can. I'll keep trying though.
